Job Description: The Business Banking Sales Performance Manager is responsible for implementing competitive strategies to achieve and exceed market objectives. Responsibilities include: Create competitive performance plans to achieve and exceed market objectives. Provide timely feedback to Market Executive on Client Experience and Market strategy opportunities. Analyze and share trends to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. Improve workforce effectiveness and productivity by applying talent analytics to hiring, resource planning, performance management, and top talent retention. Support focused client relationship care training to improve Business Banking Relationship Manager performance with effective, professional representation of brand and offerings. Gather associate feedback and customer insights on messages, offers, merchandising, and collateral to improve awareness of offerings and elevate the client experience. Provides coaching and support to Market leaders and producers Requirements: Previous experience supporting a sales organization, including executives, and/or have had direct client/sales experience Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple partners, manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, and design and deliver materials for in-person or virtual meetings Demonstrated ability to influence executives, peers and partners in a wide range of settings; strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong computer, presentation, and facilitation skills Skills: Coaching Customer and Client Focus Data and Trend Analysis Influence Pipeline Management Issue Management Reporting Sales Strategy Stakeholder Management Written Communications Business Analytics Financial Analysis Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations Leadership Development Project Management Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
