Job Description:

Incredible position available in will be required to have a professional demeanor and appearance. Duties include:



Answering the switchboard and routing callers/taking messages.


Screening/routing visitors.


Pulling/entering information into our database


Scanning documents and various other duties as assigned.



The viable applicant will also be highly intellectual, and have a strong command of both verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and computer skills. Will be able and willing to aggressively learn new things, and consistently demonstrate results with a "can do" attitude.
