About the Role: CHANEL is looking for a top tier ambassador and
artist to join our National Beauty Team in Dallas or Houston. You
will play a leading role in delivering unparalleled client
experiences and education development support for the brand. This
role interfaces with clients and our Sales Field community and is a
key partner for Education & Field Sales. Our ideal candidate will
have 3 + years of experience and a passion for embodying the values
of Chanel. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Provide the
ultimate, luxury client experiences at point of sale that are
engaging and impactful around Chanel's beauty products at point of
saleLead by example and support BA capabilities to cultivate
essential skills and attributes to maximize their contribution and
engagement in their role.Develop influential partnerships with
sales and education partners to inspire and motivate our BA
community to provide elevated client experiences and meet sales
objectives.Engage and contribute to the National Beauty Team

Logistics: Minimum 3 Years of experience in retail or other
relevant experiences. Elevated and experienced artistry skills in
client facing environments Ability to work from a Home Office
Dallas or Houston area home base Travel is required by car, train
and plane at times- annual travel 50-70%Available to work weekends
when plannedAbility to lift at minimum 40 poundsVisa Sponsorship
Details (can/cannot provide at this time) Requires in-store
presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and
operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client
service to drive business results. Compensation: The anticipated
base salary range for this position is $69,100 through $125,000.
Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this
position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for
this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential,
