Requirements Qualifications Valid Texas Journeyman License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) Demonstrated experience leading crews or working in a supervisory role Strong background in commercial electrical installations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Proficiency with industry-standard electrical tools and materials Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude Salary Description $70-100k
