GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance market, is seeking a skilled Commercial IA Support Agent to join our dedicated Customer Service & Support team. This role requires a professional who can offer exceptional support to our commercial insurance clients, ensuring they receive high-quality, timely service that aligns with GEICO’s standards for customer satisfaction and innovation in insurance services. The Commercial IA Support Agent will act as a frontline representative, addressing and resolving issues while providing detailed product information and assistance to our clients. Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from commercial clients via phone, email, or live chat. Assist in the processing of endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Educate clients about policy details, including coverage, limits, and exclusions, and suggest appropriate additional products when necessary. Handle complaints and resolve problems to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency with insurance management systems Knowledge of commercial insurance policies Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state-specific Property and Casualty insurance license preferred Certification in Customer Service (e.g., CCS) is a plus
