Job Description Job Description Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing | Data Centers) in Denton or Lewisville, TX. As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead and manage large-scale electrical and mechanical projects within the data center environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop and execute strategic project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Oversee budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control measures. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to align project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67). Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, driving efficiency and innovation. Conduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements to optimize performance. Maintain ownership of project management tools and reporting systems. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 6 years of experience in project management within electrical or mechanical engineering domains. Mandatory experience in Data Center projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and project management best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
