great company. Overview The Electrical Assembler will be
responsible for installations, integration and start-up works of
Prefab modular data centers at our Red Oak Factory. Installations:
Conduct electrical installations as part of the assembly process.
Integration Support: Perform integration solutions work within the
facility. Start-Up Works: Assist in the start-up and commissioning
of modular data centers. Working Conditions /n - /nEnvironment:
Factory setting with adherence to safety protocols /n - /nPhysical
requirements: Lift up to 50lbs and ability to work on ladders. Must
be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods
of time. /n - /nOvertime: Available and dependent on business
volume and leadership approval. /n - /nSalary: Competitive payrate

Responsibilities /n - Installs, repairs, and maintains the
electrical parts of industrial equipment. /n - Works individually
or as part of a team to successfully complete projects. /n -
Follows safety procedures and adheres to electrical codes. /n -
Correctly interprets technical documents for proper execution of
assignments. /n - Conducts quality assurance measures and
inspections. /n - Ensure that all administrative processes,
including torque sheets, 5S (Five S), and tool inventory/tracking.
/n - Promote a "Safety first" culture within the team by leading
through example, implementing all safety policies and procedures,
and conducting necessary safety audits /n Electrical Assembler
Requirements and Qualifications: /n - High school diploma or
equivalent (GED) /n - Currently a temp to hire associate at the Red
Oak, TX facility /n - Associate degree/trade school certification
in a related field /n - Certificate of completion in an
apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience /n - Knowledgeable
in pertinent electrical codes and regulations /n - Industrial
electrical experience preferred, commercial electrical experience
accepted - residential electrical experience does not apply to
setting /n - Able to understand schematics and other technical
documents /n - Ability to bend conduit and installation of large
cables /n - Lift up to 50lbs and ability to work on ladders. /n -
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended
