Company has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join
the Special Projects Dallas (SPD) team located in Richardson, TX .
In this role, you have the unique opportunity to support the
Special Projects Dallas Team across multiple functions and
divisions. This ideal candidate will plan, organize, coordinate and
manage the resources required through metrics and in agile tools
over the life of the project in a collaborative and fast-paced
environment. This is an excellent opportunity to provide technical,
business, and integration leadership for the development and
execution of the project and team. The successful candidate will
demonstrate high levels of organization & motivation, the ability
to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and physical
locations, a self-starter and someone who can engage with others in
a professional setting. This position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at
the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a
U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.
Citizenship. An interim U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start and
final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This
position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the
U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. Position
Responsibilities: Assists with management of Risks, Issues, and
Opportunities (RIO) including facilitation of program RIO meetings
Leads project execution to complete the work statement. Identifies
performance metrics. Track progress to cost, schedule, and
technical performance using Boeing Program Management Best
Practices (PMBP) and Earned Value Management (EVM). Resolve
technical issues through coordination with engineering and the
Chief Engineer. Identifies and manages changes to SOW and/or SSOW
and assesses the impact of those changes, and incorporates changes
into statement of work. Supports leadership in establishing and
maintaining organizational operating rhythm. Develops plans for
long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and
initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking
performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses
architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conducts
research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers
informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates
strategic organizational issues and identifies options. Provides
strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large
meetings/events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and
budget Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates
status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates
organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys
localized training content. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering,
Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology),
Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or
non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work
statement 10 years of experience managing projects and using
standard project management tools 10 years of experience with
project management Experience developing and tracking program
plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects. Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience working in
an Engineering Organization Experience developing and integrating
strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, to include
managing multiple priorities Experience with proposal development
and contract negotiations Experience in engineering project
planning or project management Experience working directly with
government customers Experience collaborating across functions and

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $176,800–
