Job Description:
You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the Missiles
and Fire Control Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible
for securing the future of the company and warfighter through
program and product development, and you will play a key role in
managing subcontracts to support multiple prime contract customers.
What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Senior you
will be responsible for overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle,
from specification development to award and administration. Your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Hold
procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase
orders within established authority. Lead development of
subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for
specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepare bid
packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and develop evaluation
criteria. Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract
provisions including price, and recommend subcontractors. Write
subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer subcontracts

Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,
with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional
experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or

and procedures such as FAR/DFAR/LMAP/ and MFC Work Instructions ·
Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to
make business-based decisions · Experience managing complex
subcontracts · Contract/TINA negotiations experience · Experience
with Cost Plus, Fixed Price and T&M subcontract types · OTA
Experience · Ability to operate in and multi-task in a fast-paced
environment · S4/Hana,P2P, SCNav, SAP Experience · Control Account
Management (CAM) Experience · Cross-functional knowledge of
Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract
management. · Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation,
and documentation skills. · Ability to create and present using

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state
applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
