18296 Executive Director Solution Engineering (Open)Position Type:Full timeLocation(s):US.TX.Allen.OfficeUS.CO.RemotePosition Details:Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMay assist regional senior leadership on the financial management for the territory and/or accounts that includes revenue growth plans, forecasting, budget planning and monitoring, expense management, and establishing associated goals.Implement the pre-sales plans and policies for presentation and demonstration of products to customers. Provide guidance and direction on best practices for product demonstrations in order to increase sales opportunities. Responsible for effective demonstration of managerial practices to include: the identification and recruitment of key strategic talent in the region and/or territory, providing day-to-day leadership to the presales teams, distribution and explanation of sales plans, the establishment of clear roles, responsibilities, regions, and/or accounts for team members, as well as the overall coaching and performance management of a high performing presales team. Collaborate with the sales team and drive and the technical aspects of the sale to include the development of such artifacts as: application description, system flow diagrams, input/outputs, connectivity, project schedule, reporting, and SLAs. Create NDAs, proposals, SOWs, MSAs, and Reseller agreements as requested. Alert the sales team to potential risk to deal closure and develop solutions to mitigate risk.Through relationship building, drive and support sales opportunities within new and existing accounts and work collaboratively with internal resources, as needed, to ensure solution and sales success. Meet or exceed assigned productivity and profitability quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Pursue both new business and additional business development opportunities within target accounts with regard to product enhancements or initiatives. Lead the RFI/RFP process. Identify the customer requirements, design a product set or solution to meet those requirements, evangelize the proposed solution, and adjust the solution as necessary for the customer. Validate the product, service, and/or solution is relevant, the right fit, and complete for the particular customer.Teach customers unique insights about how our products can help them compete in the marketplace and deliver ROI, tailor messaging to each decision-maker across the organization, and influence the sales process while overcoming objections to customer aversion. Develop advocates and relationships across the customer organization that can assist with building consensus on behalf of CSG. Develop and present technical architecture and product design solutions to the customer. Challenge customer assumptions while demonstrating the functional and technical aspects of the solution. Educate the customer on the value-based benefit, scalability, story, ROI, and environment configuration of the solution. Ensure our customers/prospects understand the nature of our complicated products and services by translating our terminology into theirs. Track economic and industry trends as well as competitive threats and understand its implications on customer business with both existing and new target accounts. Advise and educate colleagues on what may integrate with our product portfolio to provide a more comprehensive solution to match the business requirements.
