Your specific duties will include: Manage and lead a team of call center representatives. Assist team when volumes spike or as needed. Clearly communicate and manage expectations of excellence to a team. Positive and motivational relationship with team. Monitor and score phone calls and performance, provides coaching.Specific qualifications for the position include: Bachelor's degree, preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of management experience preferred in a call center/customer service environment. Prior experience of call center telephony and technology.
