Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the supervision of the Director of Surgical Services, the department manager shares 24-hour accountability and additional responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the assigned department(s). All functions will be performed in accordance with the standards, practice acts, and licensure in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization. Leads in planning, directing, and implementing programs related to services line.
    What qualifications you will need:Graduate of a professional school of nursingMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.Must have a minimum of two years of experience as an RN in specialty in a hospital environment.--Must be an RN with current license to practice in the State of TexasBLS & ACLS certifications are required.National certifications (CCRN, CCRN-E, CNRN, CCNS, CNML, CEN) preferred.This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).Medical City Plano opened in 1975 and provides Plano and Collin County with advanced health care.
