Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at SONIC Drive-In. As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations, lead and mentor the team, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant operations.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality are consistently met.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff to perform their job roles efficiently.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and the ongoing management of staff.
• Ensure all restaurant activities are conducted in compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budget management, including labor costs and cash handling.
• Help in creating promotional events and marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food safety, and customer service.
  • Proficient in the use of restaurant management software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
