Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Current state license in Respiratory Therapy Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: - Level 3 NICU ICU experience in acute care facilities Job Description: - Work in a facility with 100 beds alongside 2-3 staff per shift - Provide critical care in NICU Level 3, alongside handling emergency room procedures - Utilize Servo and Hamilton C-1 ventilators - Manage electronic medical records using Meditech - Conduct ventilatory management and attend deliveries - Perform respiratory therapy procedures in the emergency room - Participate in Code Blue and Rapid Response Teams - Conduct EKGs - Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to work independently - Demonstrate a positive attitude with a focus on patient care - Work in all areas of the facility due to the small size - Adhere to the dress code: Black scrubs with Respiratory Care logo - Work every other weekend and be available for two holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, or New Year's) - Fill in extra hours if needed per facility requirements This position offers a team-oriented environment and requires flexible scheduling. Candidates with a positive patient-first attitude and the ability to work independently are highly desirable.
