24005556Fast-paced, high volume Med Surg Oncology department is looking for top skilled charge nurses. Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104Work hours: PRN (7P-7A) As Needed - Rotating weekend and holiday requirementsDepartment Highlights

  • Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educatiquired
  • BSN preferred
  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
  • Current BLS (required) -prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
  • ACLS within 90 days required.
  • CPI training within 90 days of hire (required)
  • One-year experience as a clinical nurse required
  • 2+ years of inpatient oncology RN experience and charge/preceptor skills (preferred)
  • CMSRN (preferred)
  • ONS - Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate upon hire required
  • OCN - Oncology Certified Nurse within 2 years of hire preferredWhat You Will DoIn addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will

    • evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
