Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Solid Organ Transplant PCU – Dallas, Texas Start Date: November 10, 2025 Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day or night shift available; 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period Highlights: 17-bed Solid Organ Transplant Progressive Care Unit specializing in kidney transplants, pre-liver transplant work-ups, and general surgeries Collaborative team environment with 6 RNs and 1 PCT per shift Meditech EMR system in place Floating to acute care areas including med-surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho Standard 4-week schedule rotation with weekend requirement Royal blue scrub dress code Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Texas BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to float to other acute care units as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a specialized transplant environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients undergoing life-changing organ transplant procedures.
