of Staff 41 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2
CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Day Surgery: 1 Charge, 2-3 Preop RN, 2-3 post
Op RN, 1 PCT PreAdmit Testing: 1 Charge, 1 Chart RN, 1 Phone Call
RN, 3-4 RNs OR Holding 1 Charge, 2-3 RNS Day Surgery IR: 1 Charge,
1-2 RNs o Night Shift Closed at night Patient Ratios Preop and PAT
and Holding- 1 at a time, Post op: 3:1 Type of equipment Meditech,
IV Pumps EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered
for the role. IV Starts Meditech ExpereiencePediatric Experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be
considered first. PreAdmit Testing Experience List typical
procedures performed on unit(s): Gen Surg, Gyn, Ortho Scopes Best
personality Fit: Flexible, Friendly, Team Player REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS: BLS and ACLS Floating Area(s): Preop/Post Op/
PreAdmit Testing Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit
Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and
guidelines. Self scheduling but I have abilty to move people as
unit needs Must work 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per schedule period.
Must work during inclement weather Weekends and On call(if any)
