Job Description:
Join Methodist Health System in Texas and embark on a
life-saving journey as an Echocardiographer providing compassionate
and expert care in our advanced imaging units. Utilizing
state-of-the-art technology, you will perform echocardiograms to
help diagnose and treat heart patients. You will work in a
team-focused environment that fosters both personal and
professional growth, directly impacting patient outcomes and
community health. Perform transthoracic and transesophageal
echocardiograms in a clinical setting. Prepare patients and explain
procedures to ensure patient comfort and cooperation. Analyze test
results and provide detailed reports for healthcare practitioners.
Maintain echocardiography equipment, ensuring it is in good
operating condition. Collaborate with other healthcare team members
to provide comprehensive care. Participate in training sessions to
stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
Proficiency in using echocardiography equipment and performing
cardiac imaging studies. Strong analytical skills for precise
assessment of echocardiographic data. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills to interact effectively with patients and
medical staff. Ability to work in high-pressure environments while
maintaining a high level of accuracy. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from
the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is
preferred. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
credential is highly desirable.
