A licensed and certified Occupational Therapist (OT) will
provide therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with cognitive,
physical, and sensory disabilities or delays in the home and

may vary by client): - Evaluates patients with physical,
psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments to determine if
occupational therapy can benefit the patient’s quality of life. -
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans in conjunction
with the physician and care team to restore or maintain patient
well-being. - Thoroughly documents care provided and participates
in the coordination of care with other care team members. -
Provides education and training to patient caregivers and family. -
Provides supervision to Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants
and Aides, when applicable, in the performance of patient care that
is consistent with the patient’s needs. If so, you may be perfect
