We are looking for Project Manager we’re seeking a Project Manager who can evaluate and coordinate all the details that contribute to the successful launch of our new locations. This role ensures adherence to launch timelines, drives cross-functional accountability, facilitates weekly launch huddles, and oversees all operational readiness for our new offices. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination, identifying risks early and escalating roadblocks to maintain schedule integrity and operational quality. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage and optimize launch timelines, checklists, and milestone tracking to ensure all new site openings remain on schedule. Lead weekly cross?functional launch huddles, preparing agendas, documenting actions, and reinforcing team accountability. Oversee task ownership across workstreams, monitoring progress and providing leadership-level visibility into risks and dependencies Coordinate staffing, training, systems, supplies, and facility preparation to ensure full readiness, proactively resolving risks About you… Regardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for: Our name means everything!
