type and/or level. Job Summary You are crucial as Manager of
Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space
for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing
practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role
in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement
efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care
is also essential. Essential Functions of the Role - Shape the

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role. - A minimum
of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired. - Registered
Nurse - Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days
of starting the job.
