Job Description & Requirements Interim Director, OR StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170000.00 - $175000.00 A Texas medical center as their next Interim Director, OR! The Position - The Interim Operating Room (OR) Director will oversee day-to-day operations throughout five functioning operating rooms. - This leader will be responsible for leading approximately 25 total FTEs across multiple units including Preop, OR, and PACU. - The Interim Director will oversee a wide range of patient care including endo, general surgery, podiatry, urology, ortho, and plastics. - This leader will ensure survey readiness, strive to improve staffing operations, and drive strategy deployment to ensure operational excellence. - Ideal candidates will be experienced leaders with excellent communication skills. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required. - Active TX and/or compact RN license. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
