Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a national leader in home healthcare
services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) for our high acuity in-home care night shift team. This role
is pivotal to providing top-tier nursing care to patients with
complex needs in the comfort and safety of their own homes. As part
of Aveanna’s commitment to excellence, the chosen candidate will
work to enhance patient outcomes, adhere to the highest standards
of safety, and foster a supportive environment for patients and
their families. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
high acuity patients in a home setting. Assess patient condition,
develop care plans, and monitor progress. Administer medications,
wound care, and other personalized treatments. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients
and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain
accurate patient medical records and report any significant changes
to the attending physician. Ensure compliance with all health care
regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA. Strong clinical skills in a
high acuity nursing environment. Proficiency in using medical
software for patient records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR
certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
preferred.
