Job Requirements Shift Service | Guest Experience Perform all service duties to serve our guest with the highest level of attention to detail. Float the floor and interact with guests continuously throughout your shift, MUST visit every first time guest HIRING & SCHEDULING Recruit and interview candidates to maintain active staff that consist of enough to staff the restaurant. Activate listing in Homebase to post as needed to attract new applicants Training & Onboarding All staff onboarding/training process completed for all new MODs/SERVERS/BARTENDERS - must hold orientation with all incoming team members prior to their first training shift. Can be the same day. Event Execution & Staff Communications (Homebase) Meet weekly with the Events Manager to ensure flawless execution. Send weekly updates via newsletter to staff to inform them about current events. Monitor homebase message forums and respond daily, as needed. Tasting Room: Bar Ordering, Inventory, & Reporting Ensure bar ordering and batch prep schedule is completed weekly. Complete bar order guide and submit in time for purveyor order Bar ordering (Spirits and Wine) Dry goods & other supplies Batch cocktails, frozen, recipes, syrups Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, Sidework (MODs, Bartenders, Servers) Accountable for enforcing opening & closing procedures and keeping active and current.
