Job Description Job Description Major Food Group is looking for experienced Porters to join our team at Carbone Vino in the Dallas Design District! Carbone Vino , located just across the courtyard from Carbone is a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating timeless artisanship and the most coveted wines of Italy complete with a thousand bottle wine cellar. The menu features an extensive selection of handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and friend veal chop prepared “your way”, and fresh gelato served table-side. RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas Clean and sort all dishes and flatware Mop and take out trash as necessary Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper Perform all other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 0-1 years experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor, or similar role.
