This individual will need to cultivate a friendly and fun work atmosphere while preforming well under pressure. This individual would need to be capable of working in a high pace environment. See more details below and apply today. \n \n The Prep Cook is responsible for the following but not limited to these takes only: \n - Follow food safety procedures \n - Prepare dough, sauces, cheese daily \n - Ensure recipes are followed \n - Drive cleanliness \n - Train new hires in BOH functions \n - Place orders and properly put away received inventory \n - Support the kitchen including making and cutting pizzas \n - Other duties as assigned \n - Must be able to lift 25lbs \n - Must be able to stand for a long period of time \n - Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus \n \n Must comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
