seeking a WIOA Eligibility Specialists to join our team in North
Central Texas. This individual will play a key role in supporting
program operations by conducting eligibility screenings, verifying
documentation, and building participant cases in compliance with
WIOA guidelines. The WIOA Eligibility Specialist will report
directly to the WIOA Program Managers and ensure timely, accurate
processing of participant files to support enrollment and service
delivery. Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success : Provide
information about workforce services Process screenings and
applications to determine eligibility for customers in East Texas
Enters source document data into case management and document
storage systems. Maintains database by entering new and updated
customer information Processes customer documents by reviewing data
for deficiencies Resolving discrepancies by using standard
procedures or returning incomplete documents to the supervisor for
resolution Acquire and maintain ongoing programmatic competency to
ensure compliant management of cases Accurately document customer
interactions through well-written case notes Ensure that case files
meet or exceed the programmatic requirement Maintains operations by
following policies and procedures Working knowledge of office
equipment, computer software, and computer hardware Work as part of
a team in order to achieve a common goal Approach each day and task
with a “ZAG” mindset Other duties and projects as needed The Ideal
Qualifications for this Position Include : Bachelor’s degree or
higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2
years of work experience combining elements of training, customer
service, working with a culturally-diverse customer base with the
ability to be culturally sensitive Ability to serve as a role model
to customers and motivate them towards achieving goals Personal
computer literacy required, including effective use of the
Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to meet and/or exceed set goals and objectives Exceptional
time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills A Valid Driver’s
