Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP CX / C4C Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. Your responsibilities include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will also conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines. Additionally, supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that help clients meet the evolving needs of the global landscape is essential.
Required Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
  
• Location: Richardson, TX or Pomona, CA.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs, with experience in CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C.
    
  • Experience in Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
    
  • Core skills in key processes and architectural knowledge in customer service for utilities, including Move in Move out, Contract accounts, and foundational knowledge of other key ISU processes of S/4 ISU.
    
  • Experience in SAP CRM ISU or S/4 ISU - Customer Service / Customer Engagement module.
    
  • Experience with BRF+.
    
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation, including requirement gathering, SAP configuration, systems and integration testing, and resolving production issues.
    
  • Strong client-facing experience, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
    
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform advanced Excel-based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
    
  • Project experience with SAP C4C Utilities is preferred.
    
  • Ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams.
    
  • Flexible work timings due to remote working environment, including offshore overlaps twice a day.
    
  • The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis.
    
    Compensation and Benefits:
    Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in Pomona, CA: $84,539 to $125,995. Full-time Infosys employees are also eligible for benefits including:
