seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI/ML Engineer to join our Data
Science & AI team. In this pivotal role, you will apply your skills
in AI and machine learning to create innovative solutions directly
aligned with critical field operations. This position combines
technical rigor with the excitement of working on frontline
applicationsvital for national security and advancing Lockheed
Martin's mission of technological superiority. You will work in
diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the integration and
implementation of our AI solutions are robust, ethical, and
transformative. Develop and deploy machine learning models tailored
for specific operational requirements in field settings Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies with
existing systems Continuously update and refine models based on
operational feedback and changing scenarios Ensure compliance with
ethical AI standards and practices Provide technical leadership and
mentorship to junior engineers Proficiency in machine learning
frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Experience with big data
technologies (Hadoop, Spark) Expertise in programming languages
(Python, Java, C++) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Medical

Professional certification in machine learning or data science is
