Job Description:
Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Finance Associate to
join its Corporate Debt practice in Dallas. This opportunity is
ideal for an associate with experience in syndicated lending,
secured transactions, and commercial finance matters, including
cash flow credit facilities. Exposure to private debt transactions
is strongly preferred. The Role • Represent lenders and borrowers
in syndicated lending and secured finance transactions • Advise on
complex commercial finance matters, including cash flow credit
facilities • Work within a nationally recognized corporate debt
platform handling sophisticated, high-value transactions Ideal
Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school •
Admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for admission Experience
in syndicated lending and secured transactions • Exposure to
private debt or private credit transactions preferred • Strong
academic credentials • Ability to manage multiple concurrent
transactions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
