Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 10 firm seeking an ERISA Litigation Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Litigation practice in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–7 yrs exp handling complex ERISA and employee benefits litigation matters. The role offers exposure to high-stakes fiduciary litigation, benefits disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters within an elite litigation platform. The Role • Represent plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and financial institutions in ERISA litigation • Handle fiduciary breach claims, benefits disputes, and class action matters • Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and other advocacy materials • Manage discovery, including depositions and expert coordination • Prepare witnesses and support trial strategy and court proceedings Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 3–7 yrs exp in ERISA or complex benefits litigation • Experience handling fiduciary breach or benefits-related disputes preferred • Strong motion practice, writing, and oral advocacy skills • Top academic credentials • Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously • Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission Why This Opportunity • AmLaw 10 elite ERISA and litigation platform • Exposure to complex fiduciary and benefits-related disputes • Sophisticated national client base • Hybrid flexibility in Dallas • Market-leading compensation Compensation: $260,000–$420,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Confidential Inquiries Additional details available in a confidential discussion.
