Who You Are A Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior What You Will Be Doing In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing contractual relationships with our suppliers. Every day will be unique as you tackle shortages and resolve complex supplier performance issues. In this role, you will make a difference to our bottom line by controlling costs through negotiation and ensuring on-time delivery. You will be accountable for planning your own work using your understanding of supply chain principles. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities AeroSCM Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in a • Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis, etc. • Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay. • Experience with Microsoft Office Desired Skills: • 3 years’ experience with supply chain management, procurement or purchasing • Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment • Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities • Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions • Adapts to change Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
