As a Grinder Technician at Cargill, you will be instrumental in processing products by operating grinding machines and tools, ensuring seamless production operations. Join our committed team in supporting global sustainability and nourishment initiatives by maintaining high-quality standards and efficient manufacturing processes. Operate grinding machinery and equipment with precision. Maintain machinery, performing routine checks and organizing repairs. Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards at all times. Inspect, calibrate, and test machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets. Record and report on task completions and adjustments. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and techniques. Proficiency in using grinding tools and machinery Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments Excellent attention to detail and precision Good communication and team collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Production Technician (CPT) is preferred but not required.
