Purpose of Job USAA is seeking a talented Business Advisor I
that will support the Consumer Lending team in the areas of San
Antonio II/III, Plano, Phoenix or a 100% remote work environment.
This role will perform members remediation activities that will
include validating audience files, performing analysis on member
impacts and helping executive leadership with making the right
decisions on remediation. This role will align to a newly formed
team dedicated to the service of our members when they have
experienced issues that impact them.
Develops and implements solutions to influence business
decisions for relevant CoSA or line(s) of business. Assists with
the development of best in practice solutions to complex business
challenges. Identifies opportunities to change, enhance, or
streamline existing business projects and initiatives. Acts as a
subject matter recourse to assure proper compliance with processes
