Location: The Colony, TX Description: Our Enterprise Client has an immediate need for a Business Intelligence Platform Lead on a Contract to Hire basis. This role will be responsible for strategy, innovation, delivery, provisioning and support of Enterprise Business Intelligence Platforms. These platforms include Tableau, Power BI, BobJ and BW. This role will be responsible for Solution Architecture, Design, development, testing, maintenance and support of these platforms. **This is a W2 Position; No sponsorship Available** This role will support the following activities: Accountable for innovating and building new Business Intelligence capabilities that allows enterprise to do Analytics better, faster and cheaper Responsible for Solution Architecture, Design, development, testing and implementation of Business Intelligence capabilities Enhance Enterprise Next Gen. Business Intelligence Platform and architect, design, build and test analytics applications on top of the platform that could be leveraged across Sectors Participate in identification, implementation and adoption of emerging technologies in field of Business Intelligence Participate in new project pursuits, research and proposal creation to quantify project scope, deliverables and business value Work with a dynamic team to deliver industrialized analytic components as new projects are identified for business success Requires strong communications with the team, business and extended IT teams The role will be expected to: Have or quickly obtain a solid business understanding Quickly able to design advanced solutions and estimate effort / cost Able to simplify complex analytical solutions for communication to other key partners Deliver Growth: Accountable for design, develop and the innovation of Advanced Analytics solutions on Enterprise Analytics Platform with the ability to be used for multiple business solutions, enabling a high ROI with the resulting insights Create Efficiency: Identify continual improvement of all solutions and explore new cutting edge advanced analytic techniques Ensure markets have the ability to clearly understand the analytic approach and report-out Drive Future Success: Actively evolve analytic solutions to support lift and shift across the globe Qualifications / Requirements: 7+ years of experience in managing Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau and BobJ). Knowledge of BW and Data Modeling is a plus. Knowledge/Experience in Azure Cloud is a plus Experience in NLG and NLQ technologies is a plus. BA/BS required; preferably in Computer Science or Data Analytics. Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with solid critical thinking able to quickly connect technical and business dots' Has strong communication and organizational skills and has the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time Able to understand statistical solutions and execute similar activities Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
