A growing leader in the Food and Beverage industry is seeking experienced Servers for our Plum Market concept to help our team to success.

HUDSON Retailers will operate our new Plum Market operation at the airport and we are looking for AM, Mid & PM shifts to assist us.

This Plum Market FOH Supervisor position is for you, if you would Enjoy:
• Directing the daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas, including Guest Service, product preparation, safety & sanitation, ordering and inventory management, Team Member relations, and financial accountability

Your Team is counting on you as a Plum Market FOH Supervisor to:
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Plum Market FOH Supervisor Key Accountabilities:
• Model and provide exceptional Guest Service, and effectively resolve Guest and Team Member issues
• Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to succeed, by providing a desirable and rewarding work place
• Comply with all airport rules and regulations and train Team Members to do the same
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Operate all aspects of the point of sale and self-checkout systems
• Track, coach, and balance cash drawers, prepare deposits and complete paperwork
• Write an effective weekly labor schedule, while adhering to the labor budget

Plum Market FOH Supervisor Required Qualifications:
• Ability to model and provide exceptional Guest Service
• Possess a strong passion for natural, organic, and specialty foods
• Ability to lead by example and set clear expectations
• Have knowledge of making recipes, and ability to help prep recipes
• Ability to learn/operate all aspects of the point of sale and self-checkout systems, including the sale of alcoholic beverages
• Ability to learn and follow strict cash/check/credit card handling procedures
• Must have basic math skills and a strong knowledge of cash handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills
• Must have a minimum of two years in similar leadership positions, restaurant experience preferred

Plum Market FOH Supervisor Preferred Qualifications:
• Must be ServSafe certified
