Service CenterCSCS TXJob SummaryThe Culture and Engagement Specialist will partner across the organization to support and execute engagement events and community partnerships across all Caliber businesses. The position plays a critical role in leading initiatives for building upon and launching teammate engagement programs, events, and community relations strategiesRole and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to drive teammate awareness and engagement by creating campaigns that promote the key objectives of the organization
• Support a wide range of large-scale programs and engagement events including planning, development, and execution. Some but not all of Caliber's large-scale engagement programs/events include:
  • Caliber's partnership with NABC Recycled Rides -
  • Caliber's partnership with the American Heart Association
  • Caliber's Restoring You Food Drive
  • Caliber's Leadership Summit
  • Caliber's Rhythm Retreat
  • Caliber's Golf Tournament
  • Conduct analyses to review program success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support planning and execution of engagement and fundraising activities internally
  • Support the enhancement and brand awareness of Caliber through community programs
  • Help identify and connect relevant outside organizations as potential strategic non-profit and community partners
  • Ensure brand standards are defined, enforced, and optimized
  • Ensure strong communication across business units, teammates, customers, and partners using a variety of communication tools
    • Ability to independently manage day-to-day activities and projectsQualifications and Education Requirements
      • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in engagement, events, community outreach or related field
      • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Have knowledge in MS Office
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, prioritize and deliver programs and tactics on time to budget in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
      • Self-motivator who thinks outside the box to inspire our teammates to reach their full potential
      • Experience building cross-functional relationships
      • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
      • Must be able to lift around 25 pounds#PIQ3
