Lewisville, TX (100% on-site day 1)Summary:Established Irvine-based
company needs a Desktop Support specialist to help setup and
troubleshoot new Windows-based laptops and assist users in a 125
node environment. Will provide mostly 1on1 support of hardware
(including break/fix), software, and applications. May provide
backup support for connectivity, security, peripherals and phone.
Standard work hours and no on-call responsibilities.Requirements:At
least 3 years desktop support of Windows-based solutionsSolid
customer service and collaboration experience.
