The -Associate Patient Care Coordinator -is responsible for
greeting patients and collecting, recording, and balancing
payments.
Schedule: -Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
Location: -1305 Airport Freeway Ste 320., Bedford, TX 76021
Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher) -
1+ year of customer service experience with strong communications
both in person and via phone
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications:
ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
Prior experience with EMR (electronic medical records) computer
applications -
1+ years of medical office experience including data entry
Spanish speaking
Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical
terminology
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 20 pounds of
force
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or
machinery
Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in
writing
Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem
solving
