They will start off doing a lot of shipping and receiving of impressions and then could be moved to work in the production area where they will make, label and ship the clear retainers. They would ideally like someone with experience in medical device, orthodontics, aviation, or food and beverage. Something that is regulated so that they understand the process and attention to detail.
