• Needs 5 yrs experience in Ground Up Construction
• Candidate must have prior experience on Ground Up SChool Projects minimum
• Other project experience helpful: - Healthcare, Gov't, Technology, Hospitality, etc...
• Most work local
• Relocators accepted but prefer candidates to be from or have familiarity with the region or have a good reason for relocationCompensation: - Target $100-$140k but will consider candidates with higher salaries too. - Car Allowance, Company CC, Per Diem if traveling (do a lot local), Performance Bonuses, PTOConstruction Industry: -If your team needs any position(s) filled, we can also assist in presenting qualified talent.
