LAI Games is an arcade experience company that connects people with games. We're building an arcade experience ecosystem that consists of physical arcade games, consumer and location-based VR games and experiences, and other exciting arcade-based titles that connect, engage, and delight players across physical and virtual worlds.

We're launching our consumer VR title, -Arcade Legend, on Quest and Steam later this year, and have many exciting arcade games, a location-based VR title, and an innovative new digital arcade concept, all in various stages of development.



About the Role:



The Sales Administrator assists with all sales-related duties including coordinating sales team activities, account maintenance, providing clerical support, tracking reports, and managing sales leads. This role will report to the US LAIG NASA Sales Executive and works directly with the LAI Games sales team. Several duties will be performed that focus on customer support, customer satisfaction, account maintenance, management of sales documents, reporting, and understanding product availability.



Key Responsibilities:



Accurately inputs and enters all required data for all sales orders

Understands and documents the sales and accounting process

Prepares and maintains sales, shipping, and inventory-on-hand reports to assist LAI Games sales team

Produce documents written in the English language with organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar

Prepare and maintain process documentation for activities within the sales cycle and other related sales processes as needed

Document and share all meeting notes and required actions

Assists in the coordination of reallocating product, shipping, and order tracking, related to our product lines

Support CRM activity

Aid in the maintenance and creation of promotional assets such as Power Point presentations, Flowcharts, Event agendas, and product promotions

Keep informed on current games and product to provide accurate information to sales team and customers

Assists in the coordination and scheduling of Trade shows and events

Assists in coordinating and maintaining Distributor, customer, and client relations, relating to building customer relations and customer satisfaction via Teams meetings and scheduling for sales team

Take part in required Teams or in person meetings as needed or directed

Work consistently to contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Works safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others

Other duties as directed



Required Skills and Experience:



Tertiary Education

Experience in shipping or logistics, administrative role, or similar position

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with NetSuite by Oracle, or similar ERP software Preferred

Intermediate proficiency in computer operation and MS office suite

Communicate effectively, in the English language, with individuals in face to face, one-on-one, group setting or by phone

Highly organized

Displays high attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to work with minimal direction



Special Requirements:



This position works primarily in an office setting during regular business hours; however, overtime may be required at times as well as some travel for trade shows and events
