creating lasting value. JOB SUMMARY: As a Business Development
Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and
securing new business opportunities within an assigned sales
territory. You will leverage your hunting expertise, networking
skills, and strategic mindset to build strong client relationships,
negotiate deals, and exceed sales targets. Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Proactively prospect, identify, and
develop new business opportunities in targeted markets Achieve all
activity, pipeline and close rate expectations including lead
conversion, cold calling, emailing, and networking Build and
maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and
stakeholders both locally and at district/regional levels. Conduct
market research and leverage company-supplied data to identify
industry trends and potential areas for growth. Develop and execute
a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable
growth. Sell the Renova One value proposition of One Click One Call
or “OCOC” to build our brand though differentiation. Collaborate
with internal teams, including client services, operations,
marketing, and other salespeople to align sales strategies. Own the
local execution of National Account programs and partner closely to
provide valuable intel and feedback Utilize the company’s CRM tool
in accordance with established procedures Participate in ongoing
training as provided and required by the Company and effectively
demonstrate skills post-training Attend regularly scheduled sales
meetings and company meetings Successfully transition new customers
to the Sales Account Executive Safeguard all customer, employee,
and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer
and employee data is kept confidential. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong
communication (verbal and written) skills with an ability to
quickly build rapport and establish trust Demonstrated ability to
sell, influence, and negotiate, specifically related to acquiring
new business. Excellent listening and presentation skills Excellent
time-management skills Problem solving capabilities with an action
oriented and results driven approach. Ability to self-manage,
prioritize initiatives and collaborate in a fast-paced and fluid
team environment Strong hunter mentality with a passion for
acquiring new clients and closing deals. Experience in Multi-Family
is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
preferred OTHER: All offers of employment are contingent upon a

insured automobile is required Ability to travel locally and rare
