were hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel
our sales engine. Your job is simplebut not easy: call prospects,
start conversations, and deliver live transfers to our licensed
producers. You are the heartbeat. You get the engine started. When

success looks like You love daily activity goals (calls, connects,
live transfers, follow-up texts) You follow a proven script/process
and turn cold leads into warm conversations for our sales team

Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a

day-to-day look like? Start your day with a quick huddle, targets,
and a planthen its go time Hit the phonesmake high-volume outbound
calls to inbound leads and warm prospects Follow a proven script to
start conversations, build rapport, and earn the live transfer
Qualify quickly (basic info needs) and transfer the prospect live
to a licensed producer Send follow-up texts/emails when you dont
connect and work your call-back list Keep clean notes in the CRM
(best time to call, objections, next steps) Track daily numbers:
dials, contacts, quality conversations, live transfers Participate
in quick huddles/roleplay to sharpen talk tracks and improve
conversions Celebrate wins, compete on the scoreboard, and keep the
