Requirements: The Opportunity As Office Manager, you will: Open and manage daily office operations Oversee invoice processing and reporting Review voids, canceled orders, and open order reports Process credit returns and support Accounts Receivable Hire for open positions and conduct annual employee reviews Train new and promoted employees Resolve employee and customer conflicts with professionalism Serve as liaison to outside sales Foster a positive, accountable work atmosphere Provide direct support to the Branch Manager Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the Dallas branch.
