Company Overview: We are a well-established and respected
commercial plumbing company that has been in business since 1983,
with locations in Dallas and San Antonio. Our team is dedicated to
delivering high-quality plumbing services for commercial new
construction projects, including restaurant, retail shell, and
tenant finish-out builds. We are currently seeking a Texas licensed
& experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our growing
team. Job Overview: As a Commercial Plumber youll work closely with
our project managers, subcontractors, and field team to ensure
plumbing systems are installed correctly, on time, and within
budget. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair
plumbing systems on commercial new construction projects, including
restaurants, retail shell, and tenant finish-outs. Read and
interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate plumbing
installations. Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify problems, and
provide effective solutions. Handle physical workloads in varying
environmental conditions and temperatures. Complete all phases of
plumbing work in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate
effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure
project success. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all
times. Work 40 hours per week with some weekends as needed to meet
project deadlines. You will be required to travel to various
jobsites within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex Minimum
Qualifications: 5 years of commercial plumbing experience,
specifically in restaurant, retail shell, and tenant finish-out
projects. Must possess a valid State of Texas Plumbing License
(Journeyman or Master). Valid Texas Driver License (Class C)
Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Strong
troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Ability to read
blueprints and schematics . Ability to handle a physical workload
and endure seasonal temperatures . Strong written and verbal
communication skills . Must own hand tools and equipment required
for the job (Heavy tools/equipment will be provided). Must be a
team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Management experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses &
Registrations: Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is
required. Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this job
will vary each day, but may include standing for extended periods,
lifting heavy objects, and working in extreme environmental
conditions. Work Hours: Typically an 8-hour workday, beginning at
7:00 AM and ending at or around 4:00 or 5:00 PM. Overtime may be
required with advance approval to meet project deadlines.
